Visitation

I read the Scriptures and prepared for the Gospel meeting this morning. I also caught up on correspondence. A few days ago, I discovered that my labtop has a disk error in it that can't be fixed without the system CD. The school board techs won't give me a copy so I will have to bring it in for repair when I come home. So far things are still working for the most part.

Ken and Doris Taylor invited me for lunch over at their home today and I enjoyed a nice time of fellowship with them. They're leaving for Dr. Kenny Yee's (Hubbard's Point assembly) cottage for a week so Doris can recuperate. It was good to see her well enough to have visitors over for a little while.

Murray came over to the apartment in the afternoon and we went to visit the daughter of believers who professes but has not gone on well. We then went to visit a contact of Murray's who is also a pilot. G & his wife B said they would come out to meeting. We had a brief thunderstorm followed by rain during this time. I'm told that this is the season for thunderstorms.

We had 30+ people out to the tent tonight with G & B in attendance. We also had believers from Tatamagouche, Pugwash Junction, and River Hebert out with their unsaved family members.

Cecil Morton told us tonight that Jacob passed a kidney stone today which likely was causing the blood in his urine. The doctors in Moncton feel they can successfully treat the abscess in his eye without moving him to Halifax which is good. Keep praying.
